Facility Analysis-Project Management Northwest

Project Management Northwest (PMNW) specializes in facility infrastructure, building system, and component analysis. Using our patented “Critical Path Analysis Methodology” (CPAM), PMNW provides clients with a comprehensive life cycle analysis of their facilities and critical systems. PMNW’s proven method is scalable to a client’s facility inventory level and complexity, examines brick and mortar, utility systems, and site infrastructure to determine overall condition, risk and project expenditures over the assets expected life cycle. This methodology provides our clients with an assessment of their critical buildings and systems, and a tool to aid in budget prioritization and development.
Many of the risks and costs within a client’s business plan are associated with the condition and performance their facilities and infrastructure. PMNW’s unique and customer focused approach provides clients with the data and tools to effectively identify, manage, and mitigate those facility risks and costs.
PMNW is currently developing a proposal for the City of Des Moines, Washington, to help them identify the condition of their public buildings, infrastructure, and open spaces.
